Tim Burton's new hit show from, &ldquo;Wednesday&rdquo;, has been killing it since it was released last November, from becoming a global trend on Tik Tok with its bizarre and iconic dance scene to breaking streaming records and becoming the most viewed English language series in its first week with over 341 million hours watched, and recently getting renewed for a second season.
According to TV time, which is a popular app that allows millions of users to track TV shows and vote on their favorite characters after every episode, Wednesday Addams has snatched the title of the Top TV Character of 2022, adding another achievement to &ldquo;Wednesday&rsquo;s&rdquo; inventory.

This came as no surprise as Jenna Ortega became synonymous with Wednesday Addams, which made her reach the highest echelon of popularity lately with an enormous legion of fans who relished her portrayal of &ldquo;The Addams Family&rdquo; character, and undoubtedly Ortega added a flare to the deadpan and emotionless character of Wednesday and injected it with a dose of electric eccentricities and peculiar humor, which can be seen in the famous dance scene that became one of the biggest trends across social media in 2022, with various celebrities endorsing it.
&ldquo;Wednesday&rdquo; follows the titular character as a brooding teen finding her way around Nevermore Academy, which is a school for outcast teens with supernatural powers, while trying to master her newfound psychic abilities.
