According to&nbsp;locals, when the island's only resident found a drowned girl in the canal and a doll nearby, he began hanging dolls around the island. Today, people believe the dolls come alive at night, moving limbs, opening their eyes, and whispering to each other.
2-Catacombs of Paris

Due to a decrease in the village population, Ayano Tsukimi,&hellip; built life-size dolls to be placed throughout the hamlet to give it a sense of realism. the place presently has at least 350 toy residents.
4-Hanging Coffins of Sagada &ndash; Philippines

This gravity-defying graveyard is believed to bring the departed closer to their ancestral spirits.
5-Sedlec Ossuary- Czech Republic

To the left of the chandelier, sits a coat of arms formed of the bones of the Schwarzenbergs, an aristocratic Czech family who once ruled over the city.
6-Aokigahara &ldquo;Suicide Forest&rdquo;- &nbsp;Japan

Its dark reputation has been around for decades. 1960 Japanese novel, a heroine heads into the forest to take her own life. The story of the forest was also turned into a movie titled "The Forest."
More than 100 people who were not from the area committed suicide there between 2013 and 2015. The authorities now try to prevent these accidents by putting security cameras at the entrances of the forest, raising the height of bridge rails and increasing police patrolling at the entrances of the forest.
