Under the Auspices of Egypt&rsquo;s Ministry Of Culture, World-renowned Egyptian soprano Fatma Said is set to perform a grand concert on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at the historic Abdeen Palace. Led by Maestro Nader Abbassi, the event will feature a carefully curated program showcasing Said's most beautiful works from her illustrious career. Renowned for her powerful and distinctive voice, Fatma Said is one of Egypt's leading operatic singers, and this concert promises to be an unforgettable evening of exceptional music and artistry.
RMC, the organizing company, has announced that tickets for Fatma Said's concert will be available for purchase starting September 1, 2024, on the "Tickets Marche" website. This concert marks Fatma Said's first performance in Egypt since receiving the prestigious European Culture Award for 2024. She accepted this award at a distinguished ceremony held at the Luxembourg Orchestra Theater last month, which also honored prominent artistic and musical figures from around the world.
Commenting on such a remarkable event, Dr. Ahmed Hanno, Minister of Culture, stated: "This concert is a distinguished event that combines fine art with Egypt's cultural heritage. It is an excellent opportunity for the Egyptian audience and international visitors to enjoy a powerful and unique voice in a place rich in history, enhancing the prominence of operatic music in the country. It is worth noting that world-renowned Egyptian soprano Fatma Said held her first major public concert at the Grand Egyptian Museum in January 2023, in collaboration with RMC and accompanied by the international maestro Nader Abbassi. During this concert, she performed a diverse repertoire, featuring both classical and Eastern music.
