<p>Brazilian Judge, Victor Torres,&nbsp;has ordered the immediate removal of Adele's song "Million Years Ago" from streaming services, over plagiarism claims.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The plagiarism case was brought forward by&nbsp;Brazilian composer Toninho Geraes, who claims that "Million Years Ago" plagiarized the music of his 1995 song, "Mulheres", which Brazilian singer&nbsp;Martinho da Vila&nbsp;recorded on the album&nbsp;'T&aacute; Del&iacute;cia, T&aacute; Gostoso'.</p>
<p>It's worth mentioning that "Million Years Ago" was released in 2015, and included in Adele's Grammy-winning album "25".</p>

<p>Geraes is suing for lost royalties, and he is seeking $160,000 in moral damages, additionally, he wants a songwriting credit on Adele&rsquo;s song.</p>
