Alongside her music career, she also shares the inspiration behind Travelitegypt, a venture born from personal experience as a mother and a desire to simplify travel for families.

What does music represent to you? Music is the most honest form of expression I have. It&rsquo;s how I process emotions I can&rsquo;t always put into words. My whole life, music and songs have been tied to memories, events, stories, and even simple moments like car rides.
How did the transition from being a pianist to becoming a DJ happen? It wasn&rsquo;t a sudden shift; it was a natural progression. Piano was my foundation; it taught me discipline and how to truly understand music. During COVID, I took a music production course, and that&rsquo;s where things really shifted. I moved from interpreting music to creating it. DJing came naturally after that; it gave me freedom to explore crazy mashup ideas and blend melodically in any set I play.
How did you succeed in combining your passion for music with your love for exploration and travel? When I became a mother, I realized how complicated travel can feel, especially for women. That&rsquo;s where Travelitegypt came from; it wasn&rsquo;t just a business idea, it was a real need I experienced myself. I wanted to make travel lighter and more accessible for families.

If someone hears a track and it takes them somewhere mentally or emotionally, then I&rsquo;ve done my job. Not everyone comes to a gig feeling their best, and I love the idea that through music, I can shift that. If someone walks in carrying something heavy and leaves a little lighter, that&rsquo;s the most meaningful part of what I do.

How did you feel when you were selected as &ldquo;DJ of the Week&rdquo; on NileFM? It felt so rewarding, not just as recognition, but as validation of the journey. Being featured on NileFM meant a lot to me; it&rsquo;s a platform I&rsquo;ve always respected, so the recognition felt truly significant. A lot of what I do is very personal and intuitive, so being recognized on a platform like NileFM means it&rsquo;s resonating beyond my own space. That reassurance meant a lot, and it pushed me to keep going and stay true to my sound.
What&rsquo;s next for you? Are there any upcoming releases or collaborations your audience should look forward to? Right now, I&rsquo;m focused on pushing my sound further, both in my DJ sets and music production. I&rsquo;m working on a few collaborations that I&rsquo;m really excited about with Crazy Mashups.
