A wild collaboration is coming up your way! Jude law and Andrew Garfield are starring in an upcoming limited series &lsquo;Wild Things&rsquo; based on the true story of Siegfried and &nbsp;&amp; Roy the legendary showman-magicians with their white lions and exotic animal shows. Andrew Garfield will star as Roy and Jude Law will star as Siegfried.
The eight-episode show will tackle the tragedy and mystery behind their last fateful Las Vegas show. The 'Wild Things&rsquo; Series is set to start Production this fall.

What is the story of Siegfried and Roy ?

Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn were not just magicians&mdash;they were architects of a new era in Las Vegas entertainment. Born in Rosenheim, Germany, in 1939, Siegfried developed a passion for magic at the age of eight.
His path collided with Roy&rsquo;s aboard the cruise ship Bremen in 1957, where Roy, a cabin boy with a deep love for animals, had smuggled a cheetah named Chico onboard.
Their collaboration began there, blending sleight-of-hand with exotic creatures, and evolved into one of the most famous magic acts in the world.
The duo debuted in Las Vegas at the Tropicana in 1967 and rose to headliner status at the Stardust and Frontier before signing a landmark $57.5 million contract in 1987 with developer Steve Wynn.
The agreement included a custom-built theater at the Mirage Hotel and Casino, where Siegfried &amp; Roy performed 5,750 shows between 1990 and 2003, grossing tens of millions annually.
Their shows dazzled audiences with white tigers, lions, elephants, and a spectacle of illusion and stagecraft unmatched at the time.
Their legendary run came to a sudden end on October 3, 2003, when Roy Horn was mauled onstage by a 400-pound white tiger named Mantecore.
The attack, which occurred during a live performance, left Horn severely injured. Both he and Fischbacher later claimed that Horn had suffered a stroke, prompting the tiger to react protectively rather than aggressively. Mantecore was not harmed and died in 2014.
The pair made one final appearance together with the tiger at a benefit show in 2009, officially retiring from show business the following year.
Beyond the stage, Siegfried and Roy were also domestic partners and maintained several lavish properties in Las Vegas to house their exotic animals, including the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage, a sprawling 88-acre estate called Jungle Paradise, and their Spanish-style residence known as Jungle Palace.
Roy Horn died in May 2020 from complications related to COVID-19 at age 75. Just months later, on January 13, 2021, Siegfried Fischbacher passed away from pancreatic cancer at his home in Las Vegas. He was 81.He is survived by his brother Marinus and sister Margot, a Franciscan nun known as Sister Dolore.
Their legacy as pioneers of modern Las Vegas showmanship remains unrivaled, and their story continues to captivate audiences around the world.
