<p>&nbsp;This 1977 song is from David Bowie's 11th album "Low".&nbsp;"Sound and Vision" is quiet oddly structured as it starts out as an instrumental, then as the song goes on, more and more layers are added throughout the song's runtime; Bowie's vocals do not appear until a minute and a half into the song. The song's themes are pretty dark and introspective, reflecting Bowie's mental state at that time which is a sharp contrast with the joyous and upbeat tunes of the song.</p>
