One of her beloved novels is about to be brought to life on the big screen with the upcoming French-English film Jane Austen Wrecked My Life. brings her timeless storytelling to the big screen.
Plot Summary
"Jane Austen Wrecked My Life" follows Agathe, played by Camille Rutherford, a charming yet hopelessly clumsy young woman working at the famous Shakespeare &amp; Co. bookshop in Paris. Aspiring to be a successful writer and to experience a love story worthy of a Jane Austen novel, Agathe finds herself single and struggling with writer&rsquo;s block. When her best friend, played by Pablo Pauly, helps her secure an invitation to the Jane Austen Writers' Residency in England, Agathe finally gets her Austen-inspired moment. However, she soon finds herself caught in an unexpected romantic triangle. To pursue both her romantic and professional dreams, Agathe must confront her insecurities and figure out what she truly wants.
