This time, the classic psychological thriller will arrive as a television series set to premiere on June 5, 2026. The upcoming series revisits the chilling story of Max Cady, a dangerous man seeking revenge after serving a long prison sentence. Robert De Niro famously portrayed the character in the 1991 film directed by Martin Scorsese and produced by Steven Spielberg. In the new television adaptation, Javier Bardem will play Max Cady, joined by Amy Adams and Patrick Wilson.
