The October War is remembered not only as a historic anniversary, but also through the stories that Egyptian cinema has brought to the screen over the decades. For generations of Egyptians, these films have offered a way to revisit the experiences of soldiers and civilians, remember the sacrifices made during times of war, and reflect on the stories behind one of the most significant moments in Egypt’s modern history.
