Henry Cavil has already filmed his cameo scene in the new DC movie &ldquo;The Flash&rdquo; which is scheduled to be released on the 23rd of June and will be adapting &ldquo;Flash Point&rdquo; story arc from the comic books, which deals with a lot of time traveling and multiverse traveling, so it is expected that it will be loaded with cameos.
However, it is still unclear if the Cavil cameo will make the final cut of &ldquo;The Flash&rdquo; or not, because of the announcements from James Gunn and Peter Safran about their plans to make some major changes to the DC Universe, which might include some serious shakeups of the DC heroes cast who played the iconic characters in the early stages of the DCEU.

Cavil started playing the legendary Kryptonian in 2013&rsquo;s &ldquo;Man of Steel&rdquo; directed by Zack Snyder, who spearheaded the creation process of the DCEU, which was a tremulous journey, to say the least. The actor played Superman again in 2016&rsquo;s &ldquo;Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice&rdquo; and 2017&rsquo;s &ldquo;Justice League&rdquo; before announcing that he will not be playing the character again.
Many rumors and speculations were circulating about Cavil returning to reprise his role as Superman, but all of them were deemed false, however, all of that changed when Cavil made a cameo as Superman in the DCEU latest entry &ldquo;Black Adam&rdquo; starring Dwayne Johnson as the titular character.
