The Egyptian Ministry of Transport will collaborate with the Egyptian Food Bank to provide free iftar meals to 1,000 people every day at metro stations, throughout the holy month of Ramadan as a part of the campaign &ldquo;We Will Break Our Fast At The Station&rdquo;.
The initiative aims to provide 30,000 meals by the end of Ramadan, with the meal distribution focusing on the stations with high traffic such as El-Shohada, Attaba, and Sadat Stations.

It&rsquo;s worth noting that the Egyptian Ministry of Transport extended the operation hours of the Metro in Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr. The first train is scheduled to begin running at 5:15 am, and the last train on the first line is expected to leave Helwan and New Marg stations at 12:15 am. Meanwhile, The final trains on the second line will leave Shubra El-Kheima and El-Mounib stations at 12:30 am, and arrive at El-Sadat station at 1 am.
