So kids &mdash; and reckless adults &mdash; if you&rsquo;re reading this, take this as your sign: do not try this at home. Internet clout isn&rsquo;t worth a hospital bed.</p>
<p>If the Ice Bucket Challenge was about endurance, this is about ankles of steel. And in the ever-growing hall of internet madness, the Stiletto Challenge might just be the tallest, shiniest and most unstable pedestal yet.</p>
