The Cairo International Film Festival has announced that One More Show, directed by Mai Saad and Ahmed Al Danf, has won the Youssef Chahine Rizkallah Award (Audience Award) at the closing ceremony of its 46th edition. The prize, voted for by festival audiences, carries a monetary award of 15,000 USD presented by Cred.

Set against the destruction in Gaza, the film follows a group of circus artists who refuse to yield to despair despite the severity of their circumstances. It documents the journey of the Free Gaza Circus&mdash;Youssef, Batout, Ismail, Mohamed, and Just&mdash;who were displaced from northern to southern Gaza yet continued to transform their art into an expression of resilience, resistance, and hope.

With the threat of death ever-present, the troupe persists in performing for children in shelters and on the streets, offering moments of joy amid profound hardship. The film delivers a powerful humanitarian message, portraying creativity as a means of confronting loss and sustaining life in the face of devastation.
