The US dollar traded at EGP 51.96 for buying and EGP 52.06 for selling on Wednesday, according to exchange rates published by the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
The British pound stood at EGP 69.91 for buying and EGP 70.13 for selling, while the euro was recorded at EGP 60.34 for buying and EGP 60.56 for selling.
Among Asian currencies, the Chinese yuan traded at EGP 7.67 for buying and EGP 7.69 for selling.
In the Gulf region, the UAE dirham stood at EGP 14.13 for buying and EGP 14.17 for selling.
The latest exchange rates reflect ongoing movements in the foreign exchange market, with major international and regional currencies continuing to fluctuate against the Egyptian pound.
