<p>Panic! at the Disco, the pop-rock band, and one of the last remaining bands from the emo wave from the 2000s, announced their split&nbsp;after their upcoming European tour, which will begin in Vienna on the 20th of February and concludes in Manchester, England on the 10th of March.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Frontman, Brendon Urie, announced the split on the band's official Instagram, saying "Well, it&rsquo;s been a hell of a journey&hellip;Growing up in Vegas I could&rsquo;ve never imagined where this life would take me. So many places all over the world, and all the friends we&rsquo;ve made along the way.&nbsp;But sometimes a journey must end for a new one to begin. We&rsquo;ve been trying to keep it to ourselves, though some of you may have heard.. Sarah and I are expecting a baby very soon! The prospect of being a father and getting to watch my wife become a mother is both humbling and exciting. I look forward to this next adventure", then he continued, "That said, I am going to bring this chapter of my life to an end and put my focus and energy on my family, and with that Panic! At The Disco will be no more".</p>

<p>The band was formed in 2004, in Las Vegas, with the founding members being&nbsp;Brendon Urie, Ryan Ross,&nbsp;Spencer Smith, and Brent Wilson. their debut album&nbsp;&ldquo;A Fever You Can&rsquo;t Sweat Out&rdquo; was certified&nbsp;triple platinum, and included the smash hit "I Write Sins Not Tragedies&rdquo;, from there the band was launched into stardom.</p>
<p>Brent Wilson left the band before the release of their sophomore record in 2008, &ldquo;Pretty. Odd.&rdquo;, two more albums followed with Urie and Smith being the remaining founders of the band, 2011's &ldquo;Vices &amp; Virtues&rdquo;, and 2013's &ldquo;Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!&rdquo;. In 2015 Spencer Smith left the band and it ultimately became Brendon Urie's solo project.</p>
