The Premier League revealed that the Egyptian Liverpool star, Mohamed Salah, won the Best Player of the Month award for October in the competition.

Salah beat Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa), Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), Pedro Neto (Wolverhampton), Declan Rice (Arsenal) and Cristian Romero (Tottenham).
This is Salah's fifth time to win the award in his career after scoring 5 goals in three matches for the Reds in the Premier League during October.
Salah scored two goals in a 2-2 draw with Brighton, scored another in a 2-0 win in the Merseyside derby against Everton at Anfield, then scored the winning goal against Nottingham Forest 3-0.
This is the first time that Salah has won the Player of the Month award since October 2021.
