Minister of Youth and Sports,&nbsp;Ashraf Sobhy met with Italian football legend and former Roma player, Francesco Totti, at the ministry's headquarters in the new administrative capital, during&nbsp;Totti's visit to Egypt.
Totti announced yesterday that he will be launching the first football school in Egypt and the Middle East, under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which aims to discover and develop outstanding football talents.
