Stephanie Smothers (Anna Kendrick), now a true-crime author, has published a book about her past with Emily. Unfortunately, the book underperforms &mdash; until the unexpected happens. Emily, freshly released from prison, surprises Stephanie with a wedding invitation&hellip; and insists she be her maid of honor.
From there, the plot twists start rolling &mdash; and just when you think you've figured it out, the story flips again. Without spoiling too much, let's just say the murder unraveling is smartly executed, and the finale leaves you both satisfied and stunned.
