The "Crazy, Stupid, Love" heartthrob is back&mdash;only this time, he&rsquo;s not suavely sipping cocktails or fixing necklines. Nope. In "Project Hail Mary", Ryan Gosling wakes up not beside Emma Stone, but alone, adrift in space. Total nightmare fuel.
 Gosling plays Ryland Grace, a middle school science teacher who finds himself on a mysterious spaceship with a severe case of amnesia. No memory, no crew, no clue&mdash;just a looming interstellar mission to save Earth (casual) and he's the last man standing. Think: teacher-turned-reluctant-astronaut, with a planet-sized burden on his shoulders. Alone. In the void. No pressure&mdash;quiet literally!

 Set to launch on 20th March 2026, the film is being directed by the iconic duo Phil Lord and Chris Miller, based on Andy Weir&rsquo;s bestselling sci-fi novel. And here's where it gets even juicier&mdash;Gosling isn&rsquo;t just front and center on screen, he&rsquo;s also co-producing the whole thing. Yep, sharing production creds with Amy Pascal, Aditya Sood, Rachel O&rsquo;Connor, Ken Kao, Andy Weir and the Lord-Miller tag team.
 As if that dream team wasn't enough, hold onto your helmet&mdash;because the cinematography is in the hands of none other than Greig Fraser, the Oscar-winning genius behind Dune. Say less.
