<p>The Egyptian film industry continues to flourish with diversity &mdash; from comedies like &lsquo;Siko Siko,&rdquo; to action-packed titles like &ldquo;Project X,&rdquo; and romantic dramas like &ldquo;6 Days.&rdquo; Alongside these genres, several high-profile productions are in the works, promising bold stories, big budgets and fresh faces. Here&rsquo;s a closer look at some of the most anticipated upcoming Egyptian films.</p>
<p><strong>Mama W Baba &ndash; August 27</strong><br /> Yasmin Raeis and Abdelrahman Tota star in the comedy Mama W Baba. The story follows a married couple whose lives are turned upside down after they physically switch roles &mdash; the wife becomes a man and the husband becomes a woman. The film explores their new realities through comedic paradoxes and marital insights.</p>

<p><strong>Seven Dogs</strong><br /> One of the biggest productions in the Arab film industry, &ldquo;Seven Dogs&rdquo; reunites Ahmed Ezz and Karim Abdel Aziz after their success in &ldquo;Kira &amp; El Gin.&rdquo; With a budget of nearly $40 million, the film also features international stars Monica Bellucci and Salman Khan.</p>
<p><strong>Hepta 2: The Last Lecture</strong><br /> Following the success of the first film, &ldquo;Hepta 2&rdquo; returns with a brand-new cast, including Menna Shalaby, Mohamed Mamdouh, Karim Fahmy, Gihan El-Shamashergy, Hassan Malek, Salma Abu Deif, Karim Kassem and Mayan El-Sayed. The sequel introduces fresh stories and perspectives while keeping the emotional depth of the original.</p>
<p><strong>El Sada El Afadel</strong><br /> A family feud turns comedic in this film starring Mohamed Mamdouh, Taha Dessouky, Ashraf Abdel Baki and Mohamed Shaheen.</p>
<p><strong>En Ghab El Ott</strong><br /> Written by Ayman Wattar and directed by Sarah Noah in her feature debut, &ldquo;En Ghab El Ott&rdquo; stars Asser Yassin, Asmaa Galal, Mohamed Shaheen, Ali Sobhi and Samah Anwar. The story unfolds in a social setting filled with humorous situations.</p>
<p><strong>El Set Lama</strong><br /> Veteran actress Yousra returns to the big screen with &ldquo;El Set Lama,&rdquo; co-starring Maged El Masry, Dorra and Yasmin Raeis.</p>
<p><strong>Egybest</strong></p>
<p>Rapper Marwan Pablo makes his acting debut alongside Salma Abu Deif and Ahmed Malek in "Egybest". Recently, Malek revealed on his Instagram story that shooting had just begun. The plot explores the world of online piracy, hacking and the illegal distribution of films.</p>
<p><strong>Fereat Mot</strong><br /> Based on real events, this film brings together Ahmed Ezz, Menna Shalaby and Asser Yassin. It is scheduled for release next year.</p>
<p><strong>Selim W El Thaaban: Ahmed W Malak</strong><br /> After 24 years, the iconic love story returns with a sequel. This time, the focus shifts to the struggles of marriage a decade later. Starring Asmaa Galal and Amr Youssef, the film reimagines the beloved characters for a new generation.</p>
