The Egyptian singer and songwriter Tasneem El Aidy is set to appear on NileFM&rsquo;s entertainment show Watchlist with Hisham on Wednesday, 28 January, from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
El Aidy began her music career in 2022, gaining early attention through videos of her performances shared online. Later that year, she wrote and recorded the song "We Coming Home" for the World Fencing Championships, collaborating with Hisham Kharma and Youssef Gabriel.
In June 2024, she released her single This Ain&rsquo;t No Love. She was also selected by UNICEF Egypt in December 2023 to represent young musicians as part of the organisation&rsquo;s Shabab Balad initiative.
Her growing profile was further recognised in 2024, when she was named among Forbes Middle East&rsquo;s 30 Under 30 Creators.
During the show, El Aidy is expected to discuss her music career and share her perspectives on the contemporary entertainment scene in conversation with host Hisham on 104.2 NileFM.
